Understanding your flow analytics

Wiz shows you how your flows perform at every level - the whole system, each flow, and each individual email - including the actual orders your flows brought in.

The Flows page: your overview

Wiz → Flows & pop-up starts with the big picture for the period you pick (last 7 days by default): Attributed Revenue, Conversions, Emails Sent, Open rate, and Click rate across all your flows.

Below, the Active Flows table shows the same stats per flow - and when you expand a flow, per email. So you can see at a glance that your Welcome flow made a certain amount this week, and exactly which of its emails did the heavy lifting.

The flow analytics page

For the full picture of one flow, click its menu and choose Analytics.

A flow's analytics page

At the top you'll find the flow's totals for the selected period (last 30 days by default):

  • Attributed Revenue - revenue from orders this flow drove.
  • Conversions - how many orders it drove.
  • Unique contacts - how many different people it reached.
  • Emails Sent, Open rate, and Click rate.

You can also turn the flow on or off and jump straight into the flow builder with Edit Flow - handy when the numbers tell you something needs changing.

Flow emails breaks performance down per email: sent, opened, clicked, Placed Order (how many orders that specific email drove), and its Revenue. Click the eye icon to preview any email.

Conversions lists the individual orders behind the numbers: the contact's name and email, the date, the order number, and the order value. This is the same data you see rolled up in the cards above - shown order by order, so you can connect real purchases to your flow.

Where else you'll see these numbers

  • In the flow builder, click any Send Email node to see that email's own stats while you edit it.
  • On your dashboard, the per-flow analytics table gives you the same flow-level view next to your campaign results - see Your dashboard.

Common questions

Which emails' numbers count toward a flow?

All of them - the flow's row on the Flows page and its analytics page total up every email in the flow. Expand the flow (or check the Flow emails table) to see each email on its own.

Can I change the time period?

Yes - use the date selector at the top of the Flows page or the flow's analytics page.

An email shows 0 sent - is something wrong?

Not necessarily. It may be turned off (check its badge or toggle), or the flow may simply not have had contacts reach that step yet in the selected period.
