# Scheduling & sending your campaign

When your campaign looks right, you can send yourself a test first, then send it now or schedule it for later.

## Send a test first

Click **Send Test Email** to preview the campaign in your own inbox exactly as recipients will see it. It's always worth checking your subject line, links, and discount code before sending for real.

## Schedule or send

Click **Schedule send** to open the sending options:

- **Suggested time** - a send time Wiz recommends, pre-selected for you.

- **Now** - start sending immediately.

- **Custom date and time** - pick your own.

The dialog also shows how many contacts the campaign will go to. Confirm to schedule.

## What to expect after sending

- **Sending is batched.** To protect your deliverability, Wiz sends in batches - a campaign can take **up to 4 hours** to finish sending. Seeing a "Sending" status for a while is normal.

- **Times use your store's time zone.** A scheduled time is in the time zone set on your Shopify store, so there's no confusion about "10:32 in whose time?"

## Common questions

**My campaign still says "Sending" - is something wrong?**

No. Sending is batched and can take up to 4 hours to complete. It will move to "Sent" when done.

**Which time zone is my scheduled send in?**

Your store's time zone.
