# Editing or stopping a scheduled campaign

Changed your mind about a campaign that's scheduled to go out? You can edit it, reschedule it, or stop it entirely - as long as it hasn't finished sending.

## Find the actions

In **Campaigns**, click the **⋯** menu on the scheduled campaign's row.

You'll see:

- **Edit** - reopen the campaign in the editor to change the content or audience.

- **Rename** - change the campaign's name.

- **Change Send Time** - pick a new date and time, **or choose "Remove send time"** to unschedule it. Removing the send time keeps the campaign as a **Draft** so you don't lose your work.

- **Delete** - remove the campaign entirely.

## Stopping a campaign - which option?

- **Just want to stop it from going out?** Use **Change Send Time → Remove send time.** The campaign drops back to Draft, fully intact, ready to reschedule later.

- **Want it gone for good?** Use **Delete.** This can't be undone.

||| Prefer Remove send time over Delete if there's any chance you'll want the campaign again - Delete removes everything.

## Already sending?

If a campaign has already started sending, its **⋯** menu includes an option to **stop sending**. This only affects recipients who haven't been emailed yet - anything already sent is on its way and can't be recalled.
