# Can I use Wiz alongside another email platform?

Yes - you can run Wiz at the same time as another email tool (like Klaviyo). Plenty of merchants start out this way while they get comfortable, and most naturally **transition to Wiz fully** over time.

## Running both at once

It's fine to have Wiz and another platform active together. A couple of things to keep in mind so your customers have a good experience:

- **Avoid duplicate sends.** If both tools are sending the same kind of email (e.g. a welcome or abandoned-checkout series), decide which tool owns which flow so subscribers don't get two versions.

- **Using a non-Wiz pop-up?** If sign-ups come from another app's pop-up, they won't trigger your Wiz Welcome flow unless we whitelist it first - see [Using your own pop-up app with Wiz](#).

## Transitioning to Wiz fully

**Will running both hurt my deliverability?**

No. Use both as long as it suits you; transition to Wiz when you're ready.
